  • I am having an issue.

  • How do I determine my player rating?

Player rating is MPR (cricket) x 10 plus PPD (01)

  • Are my hot button and Bullshooter Live app the same code?

They usually are not. The player code you put on the sign-up form is the code you should use to log in to the board with.

  • I see a match when my partner logs in but when I log in the match disappears.

That happens when you log in with a different player code then what is on your sign up. Message Iowa Darts with the code you are trying to use, and we can update it.

  • What is a Recall on the bracket?

A recall is given when a team is not logged in with in 10 minutes of the match being ready. That team will have 5 minutes after the time on the recall to be logged in or be subject to a forfeit.

  • The video showing the other team went black/is slow or lagging. What do we do?

That is an issue with the actual video feed coming into your board. Your opponent’s camera is still working. It is similar to a video buffering. You can restart your board to reset the connection.

  • Why do I not show up on the player rating list? I had a rating a few weeks ago.

The player rating is a rolling 6-month average. Each week games fall off. If you do not play often, you can go below the 25 games you need to have a rating.

Disputes: Need to be emailed to 319darts@gmail.com and $20 PayPal sent to same email. Before Payouts are sent.

 

  • Payouts are done by an accounting service provider and are sent within 12 hours after the tournament is over.  Any disputes need to be emailed  before payouts are sent.
  • Using the Bullshooter App. Make sure notifications are turned on and you are paying attention to it while you are in the tournament
